Suckup.net (Suckup Pty Ltd) acknowledges and respects your right to privacy and is committed to the safeguarding of your privacy. Please read carefully our privacy guidelines set out below.
1. What personal information does Suckup, collect from you?
Suckup collects information from you by different means. Suckup will collect your name, address, email, birth date, occupation, gender and personal interests on registration. In addition, at times, we may ask for other personal information. This is to enable us to tailor our services and product range to your individual needs.

5. Promotional email
It is part of the Suckup service to provide you with promotional email of the products and services offered by or through Suckup. However, we will not send you promotional email, often referred to as "spam" unless you have provided us with your consent to do so. If at any time you wish to cease receiving promotional email then contact us on maxspeed@bigpond.com.au and your details will be amended accordingly.
6. Linked websites
In the use of Suckup"s service you will access various linked website outside of Suckup. These sites are in no way under the control of Suckup and are not bound by the privacy policy set out above. We recommend that before you disclose any personal information to any such entity you view the privacy policy of that organisation.
7. Problems or complaints
If at any stage you have a problem or complaint either as to the service provided by Suckup or as to any site accessed through this service then please email us on info@suckup.net. We will do whatever we are entitled to do, at law, to address your concerns.
